Chapter 1: Getting Started: Your Wedding Journey
Welcome to Chapter 1! Before kayo mag-start sa documents, suppliers, budget, and guest list, importante muna na maintindihan ninyo ang purpose ng course na ito. This chapter will help you start with the right mindset. Pag-uusapan natin kung bakit nakaka-overwhelm ang Filipino wedding planning, ano ang common mistakes na dapat iwasan, and bakit importanteng malinaw muna ang priorities ninyo before booking anything. Hindi kailangan ma-figure out lahat agad. Step by step lang. Ang goal ng chapter na ito is tulungan kayong huminga muna, mag-focus, and understand that your wedding does not need to be perfect. It needs to be meaningful, organized, and aligned sa inyo as a couple.

Chapter 2: Church vs Civil Wedding
Welcome to Chapter 2! Before kayo mag-book ng venue, suppliers, or finalize your guest list, one of the first big decisions you need to make is this: Church wedding ba or civil wedding? This decision will affect your budget, requirements, guest count, timeline, entourage, and overall wedding experience. In this chapter, pag-uusapan natin ang difference between church and civil weddings, ano ang advantages and things to consider for each option, and paano ninyo pipiliin kung ano ang mas bagay sa inyo as a couple. Walang mas tama or mas maganda. Ang importante is piliin ninyo yung setup na aligned sa values, budget, timeline, and priorities ninyo.

Chapter 3: Your Wedding Game Plan
Welcome to Chapter 3! This chapter will help you decide kung ano ang pinaka-important sa wedding ninyo as a couple. Hindi ito about copying another couple’s wedding. Hindi rin ito about making everything bongga. Ang goal is to create a plan that fits your real budget, real guest count, real timeline, and real priorities. For this chapter, gagamitin ninyo ang DIY Wedding Planning Workbook para masulat and ma-organize ang wedding vision, budget decisions, priorities, and early planning details. Reminder lang: Hindi kailangan final agad lahat. Pwede ninyong i-update ang answers habang mas nagiging clear ang plans ninyo.

Chapter 4: Your Wedding Planning Timeline
Welcome to Chapter 4! Now that you have your wedding game plan, kailangan na natin siyang lagyan ng timeline. Dito natin pag-uusapan kung ano ang dapat unahin, kailan dapat mag-check ng requirements, kailan mag-book ng suppliers, and paano mag-adjust kung wala kayong full 12 months to plan. May timeline for church wedding, may timeline for civil wedding, and may guide din kung 6 months, 3 months, or shorter ang preparation ninyo. Reminder lang: Your timeline is a guide, not a strict rule. Step by step lang. Mas okay ang may clear timeline kaysa puro last-minute decisions.

Chapter 5: Personal Details & Documentation
Dito natin aayusin ang personal details and wedding documents ninyo. This chapter will help you organize your personal information, couple details, civil wedding requirements, church wedding requirements, marriage license reminders, document validity, and special cases if applicable. For this chapter, gagamitin ninyo ang DIY Wedding Planning Workbook, especially the government and marriage documents checklist, civil wedding requirements checklist, and church wedding requirements checklist. Important reminder: Requirements can vary depending on your city, municipality, church, parish, religion, nationality, age, and personal situation. Always confirm directly with your Local Civil Registrar, church, parish office, or officiant.

Chapter 6: Wedding Planning Checklist
Welcome to Chapter 6! Now that you have your plan, timeline, and requirements, it’s time to organize your actual wedding tasks. Dito ninyo gagamitin ang Master Wedding Planning Checklist inside your DIY Wedding Planning Workbook. This chapter will help you understand how to use your checklist properly, paano mag-prioritize, paano mag-skip ng hindi applicable, and paano mag-plan nang realistic. Some are required, some are optional, and some may not apply to your wedding setup. Ang goal is not to do everything. Ang goal is to know what matters, what needs action, and what can be skipped. Reminder lang: The checklist is here to guide you, not pressure you.

Chapter 7: Prenup & Pre-Wedding Shoot Guide
Welcome to Chapter 7! In this chapter, we will talk about prenup or pre-wedding shoots. A prenup shoot is optional. Hindi siya required for every couple, and hindi rin siya sukatan kung maganda or complete ang wedding ninyo. But if you choose to have one, it can be a beautiful way to capture your love story, create memories, and prepare photos you can use for invitations, wedding website, reception materials, or displays. This chapter will help you decide if a prenup shoot is right for you, choose a concept and location, plan outfits and props, prepare a shot list, and avoid common mistakes before and during the shoot. For this chapter, you will use the Prenup Shoot Workbook. This workbook will help you organize your ideas, timeline, outfits, props, locations, supplier details, and shoot day reminders. Ang importante, meaningful siya, prepared kayo, and aligned sa budget and personality ninyo as a couple.

Chapter 8: Entourage: Church vs Civil Wedding
Welcome to Chapter 8! Dito natin pag-uusapan ang wedding entourage and kung paano siya naiiba sa church wedding and civil wedding. For church weddings, usually mas complete ang entourage. May principal sponsors, secondary sponsors, bridesmaids, groomsmen, flower girls, bearers, and other ceremony roles. For civil weddings, usually simpler. Most of the time, witnesses and close family or friends lang ang pinaka-important, depending on your setup. This chapter will help you understand which roles are needed, which roles are optional, and how to choose the right people. For this chapter, gagamitin ninyo ang Entourage Planning Worksheet inside your DIY Wedding Planning Workbook.
0/6
Chapter 9: Invitations & Guest Management
Dito natin pag-uusapan ang invitations and guest management. This chapter will help you manage your guest list in a practical way. Pag-uusapan natin how to set guest limits, handle family pressure, decide kung printed or digital invitations ang gagamitin, manage RSVP, handle plus ones, and keep your guest list organized. Reminder lang: Hindi reunion ang wedding ninyo. Hindi kailangan imbitahan ang lahat. Ang importante, your guest list fits your budget, venue, priorities, and peace of mind.

Chapter 10: Wedding Day Preparation
Welcome to Chapter 10! Dito na tayo papasok sa wedding week and wedding day preparation. By this point, marami na kayong naayos: guest list, invitations, documents, suppliers, entourage, and wedding details. Now, ang focus is hindi na dagdag nang dagdag. Ang focus is confirm, pack, delegate, and rest. This chapter will help you prepare a few days before the wedding, avoid common wedding week mistakes, prepare the bride, prepare the groom, handle family expectations, and stay present on the wedding day. For this chapter, gagamitin ninyo ang DIY Wedding Day Checklist Workbook. This will help you organize bride items, groom items, ceremony items, reception items, emergency kit, roles, responsibilities, and handover notes. Reminder lang: Wedding week is not the time to chase perfection. It is the time to prepare clearly and protect your peace. CHAPTER 11: WEDDING DAY TIMELINE & CALL TIME GUIDE
0/8
Chapter 11: Wedding Day Timeline & Call Time Guide
Welcome to Chapter 11! Dito natin aayusin ang wedding day timeline and call times. Your wedding day timeline is the guide para alam ng lahat kung ano ang mangyayari, kailan sila dapat dumating, saan sila pupunta, and ano ang role nila. Kapag walang clear timeline, madaling magkaroon ng delay and confusion. Suppliers may arrive late, entourage may not know where to go, family may keep asking questions, and the couple may feel like sila ang kailangang mag-manage ng lahat. This chapter will help you create a timeline for church wedding and civil wedding. Pag-uusapan din natin ang call times for bride, groom, family, entourage, witnesses, suppliers, and helpers. For this chapter, continue using the DIY Wedding Day Checklist Workbook, especially the Wedding Day Call Time Guide, Wedding Day Flow, Roles and Responsibilities, and Coordinator Handover sections. Reminder lang: A timeline is not there to make the day feel strict or robotic. It is there para mas less ang confusion, mas clear ang movement, and mas protected ang couple from unnecessary stress.

Chapter 12: Reception Flow & Program Guide
Welcome to Chapter 12! Ito ang part ng wedding kung saan makakasama ninyo ang family, friends, sponsors, entourage, and guests in a more relaxed and celebratory setting. For many couples, reception ang pinaka-enjoyable na part ng wedding day. In this chapter, tutulungan namin kayo maintindihan ang typical Filipino wedding reception flow and paano ito i-adjust based on your wedding style. Pag-uusapan natin ang guest arrival, waiting period, grand entrance, prayer, food timing, speeches, AVPs, games, program energy, church vs civil reception setup, host and coordinator roles, and common mistakes to avoid. For this chapter, continue using your DIY Wedding Day Checklist Workbook, especially the Reception Items Checklist, Music & AV Checklist, Wedding Day Roles & Responsibilities, and OTD Coordinator Handover Sheet.

Chapter 13: Supplier Coordination & Booking Guide
Welcome to Chapter 13! Dito natin pag-uusapan ang supplier coordination and booking. Venue, caterer, photo and video, HMUA, coordinator, host, stylist, florist, sounds and lights, cake, bridal car, and other suppliers. Bakit? Kasi ang daming choices. Sa Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and wedding groups, halos lahat maganda ang photos, maganda ang packages, and mukhang okay ang reviews. So paano kayo pipili? In this chapter, tutulungan namin kayo maintindihan how to compare suppliers properly, ano ang dapat unahin i-book, ano ang dapat tanungin before paying any deposit, paano intindihin ang contracts, paano i-organize ang supplier details, and paano makita ang red flags before committing. For this chapter, gagamitin ninyo ang Supplier Interview Workbook. This workbook will help you ask the right questions before booking suppliers. Reminder lang: Huwag mag-book based on price alone. Ang supplier ay hindi lang expense. They are part of your wedding team.

Chapter 14: Floor Plan & Seating Guide
Welcome to Chapter 14! Dito natin pag-uusapan ang floor plan and seating guide. May children, sponsors, barkada groups, and VIP guests na kailangan pag-isipan. In this chapter, tutulungan namin kayo gumawa ng seating plan and reception layout na practical, comfortable, and hindi stressful. Gagamitin din ninyo ang Wedding Reception Floor Plan Ideas guide as a media resource and downloadable attachment. Use it as a visual guide para mas madaling makita ang possible layouts for your reception. Ang importante, comfortable ang guests, clear ang flow, and practical ang setup for your venue, caterer, coordinator, and suppliers.

Chapter 15: Music & Program Guide
Welcome to Chapter 15! Dito natin pag-uusapan ang wedding music and program guide. Music is one of the details na minsan late na napapansin ng couples, pero sobrang laki ng effect nito sa wedding day. It sets the mood during preparation, ceremony, grand entrance, reception, speeches, games, first dance, cake cutting, and closing. In this chapter, tutulungan namin kayo pumili ng music for church wedding, civil wedding, and reception. Pag-uusapan din natin kung paano gumawa ng playlist, paano makipag-coordinate with host, sounds and lights, DJ, band, or singer, and paano iwasan ang dead air or wrong song moments. For this chapter, use your DIY Wedding Day Checklist Workbook, especially the Music & AV Checklist and OTD Coordinator Handover Sheet. You can also use the Supplier Interview Workbook if you are still choosing or briefing your host, emcee, sounds and lights supplier, DJ, live band, or singer. Reminder lang: Music does not need to be expensive to be meaningful. Ang importante, bagay sa ceremony, bagay sa reception, and bagay sa story ninyo as a couple.

Chapter 16: Food & Catering Guide
Welcome to Chapter 16! In this chapter, pag-uusapan natin kung paano pumili ng caterer, bakit important ang food tasting, paano gumawa ng wedding menu, paano pumili between buffet and plated service, paano i-consider ang guests, vendor meals, meal timing, wedding cake, drinks, and final catering handover. For this chapter, use your Supplier Interview Workbook, especially the caterer, cake, mobile bar, grazing table, and food supplier questions. You can also use your DIY Wedding Day Checklist Workbook, especially the Reception Items Checklist, OTD Coordinator Handover Sheet, and payment or supplier reminder sections.

Chapter 17: Wedding Attire Guide
Welcome to Chapter 17! Dito natin pag-uusapan ang wedding attire ng bride, groom, and entourage. Your wedding outfit is not just about looking beautiful or handsome sa photos. It is also about comfort, movement, budget, fitting schedule, venue rules, ceremony style, and making sure everything is ready before the wedding day. For the bride, this may include the wedding gown, dress, Filipiniana, modern Filipiniana, veil, shoes, undergarments, and accessories. For the groom, this may include the barong, suit, tuxedo, modern Filipiniana, shoes, inner shirt, belt, socks, and accessories. For the entourage, this may include bridesmaids, groomsmen, sponsors, parents, flower girls, bearers, and other family members if you are helping coordinate their attire. For this chapter, use the Bride, Groom & Entourage Attire Planning Section inside your DIY Wedding Planning Workbook. You will also use your Supplier Interview Workbook when asking questions to designers, bridal shops, tailors, barong suppliers, suit suppliers, rental shops, or entourage attire suppliers. Later, close to the wedding day, use your DIY Wedding Day Checklist Workbook to prepare final packing for the bride and groom. Ang importante, bagay sa inyo, comfortable isuot, aligned sa wedding theme, and ready on time.

Chapter 18: Accommodation & Transportation Guide
Welcome to Chapter 18! Dito natin pag-uusapan ang accommodation and transportation for your wedding. Maraming couples ang kumukuha ng hotel, resort, Airbnb, condo, private villa, or staycation place for wedding preparation. Minsan dito natutulog ang bride or groom the night before the wedding. Minsan dito rin nagpe-prepare ang entourage, family, HMUA, photo and video team, and other suppliers. For some weddings, accommodation is not just for preparation. It can also be the ceremony venue, reception venue, or after-wedding stay, especially for garden weddings, beach weddings, resort weddings, destination weddings, or intimate civil weddings. Because of this, accommodation and transportation should not be treated as last-minute details. In this chapter, tutulungan namin kayo mag-plan ng preparation location, overnight stay, supplier access, room setup, check-in and check-out timing, transportation, travel time, parking, bridal car, guest movement, and common mistakes to avoid. No separate workbook is needed for this chapter. You can use your existing wedding notes, timeline, supplier list, and OTD Coordinator Handover Sheet. Reminder lang: Maganda ang hotel or resort, pero kung mahirap puntahan, late ang check-in, walang parking, or magulo ang room setup, it can affect your wedding morning. Plan the logistics early.

Chapter 19: Beauty Preparation Guide
Welcome to Chapter 19! Dito natin pag-uusapan ang beauty preparation for the bride, groom, entourage, and family if applicable. Beauty preparation is not just about looking good sa wedding photos. It is also about feeling confident, comfortable, fresh, and prepared on the wedding day. For the bride, this may include HMUA booking, hair and makeup trial, skincare, nails, brows, lashes, waxing, hair color, skin prep, and final wedding week beauty care. For the groom, this may include haircut, shave or beard grooming, skincare, nails, haircut timing, fragrance, and overall grooming. For entourage and family, this may include deciding kung sino ang kasama sa HMUA package, sino ang mag-aayos ng sarili, and what time everyone should be ready. For this chapter, use your Supplier Interview Workbook when asking questions to HMUA, hairstylist, makeup artist, nail artist, brow/lash artist, or beauty service provider. For final wedding day preparation, use your DIY Wedding Day Checklist Workbook, especially the bride checklist, groom checklist, wedding week checklist, and roles and responsibilities. Reminder lang: Beauty preparation should help you feel confident, not pressured. Hindi kailangan magbago ng mukha or gumastos sobra. Ang importante, fresh, comfortable, and ready kayo for your wedding day.

Chapter 20: Ceremony Flow Guide
Welcome to Chapter 20! Ito na ang pinakasentro ng wedding day ninyo: the ceremony. Hindi ang reception. Hindi ang styling. Hindi ang photos. Hindi ang food. The ceremony is the reason why everyone is gathered. Dito kayo mangangako sa isa’t isa. Dito magiging official ang marriage ninyo, whether Church Wedding or Civil Wedding. In this chapter, tutulungan namin kayo maintindihan ang typical Church Wedding Ceremony Flow, Civil Wedding Ceremony Flow, Ceremony Entourage Sequence, ceremony items, ceremony roles, rehearsal reminders, etiquette, common mistakes, and final ceremony handover. For this chapter, use your DIY Wedding Day Checklist Workbook, especially the Ceremony Items Checklist, Church Wedding Items, Civil Wedding Items, Ceremony Documents Check, Wedding Day Call Time Guide, Church / Civil Wedding Day Flow, Roles & Responsibilities, and OTD Coordinator Handover Sheet. You may also use your DIY Wedding Planning Workbook for your entourage list and church roles list. Your priest, pastor, judge, officiant, church coordinator, or wedding coordinator will guide you. But understanding the flow helps you feel more relaxed, prepared, and confident.

Chapter 21: After the Wedding Checklist
Welcome to Chapter 21! After the wedding, may mga kailangan pa ring ayusin: returning rentals, borrowed items, final payments, receipts, marriage certificate follow-up, photo and video turnover, thank-you messages, supplier reviews, attire care, keepsakes, and honeymoon or post-wedding rest. This chapter will help you close the wedding properly para hindi kayo ma-stress after the celebration. Hindi kailangan gawin lahat agad the next morning. Pagod kayo, emotional kayo, and kailangan ninyo rin magpahinga. But it is important to know what needs to be done within the first few days, weeks, and months after the wedding. For this chapter, use your DIY Wedding Day Checklist Workbook, especially the After the Wedding Checklist section. This section will help you track the first 24–48 hours after the wedding, rental and borrowed item returns, and marriage certificate follow-up. For other after-wedding tasks such as supplier balances, photo and video turnover, thank-you messages, keepsakes, honeymoon, and budget wrap-up, use the lessons in this chapter as your guide. You may also check your Supplier Interview Workbook if you need to review supplier turnover terms, rental return rules, photo/video delivery timeline, or final payment terms. Reminder lang: After the wedding, give yourselves time to rest. Then slowly close the remaining tasks one by one.
