• We do not offer returns or refunds
• Once a digital file or access link is delivered, it cannot be “returned”

Exceptions (When We Will Help)

We want you to be happy, so if you experience issues we will help you in the following cases:

• You did not receive your download link/file after purchase
• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
• You received the wrong product due to an error on our side

In these cases, we will provide:

• A replacement file, or
• Correct access to the purchased product
